“Kathu Kathekanaayi” – Like I said earlier, I spent around 10 years with a team in ministry where I wrote many songs. Upadeshi’s sermons those days were filled with revival and energy. As part of his ministry we once went to a CSI church in Vagathanthil. The congregation there was filled with the Holy Spirit and they loudly shouted “Hallelujah” and sang and dance. I became lost in their energy and passion for the Lord and the experience left me inspired. Soon after the meeting, I decided that I should also write a song about Christ’s second coming and that is how I wrote this song. Christ may come at any time but I had the joy to sing about it in this song.
